Scope: just Ripling-Ops for v1. Looks-live: this page rebuilds from BOARD.md on change, it is not a true websocket live cam. Viewers see workin' / chillin' only, no map, no coordinates. Trello board: cards are editable in your browser, but changes are not saved to GitHub automatically — use Export BOARD.md, then paste it into the repo. That automation is the next step, not in this static build.
